Processing
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
Our insoles ship directly from our manufacturing partner, which keeps the price at a fraction of custom orthotics. It also means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse would.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing and carrier delays can add time, particularly around holidays.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to begin updating — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Customs and duties
Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These aren't included in your total and are the recipient's responsibility. Most orders at this value clear without charges, but we can't guarantee it.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll refund the order minus any carrier costs.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived [30] days after dispatch, email [your support email] and we'll either resend it or refund you.
